The humble spud is a huge star here at Irish Murphy's. And we would like to introduce the beautiful Amisha. She is an integral part of our kitchen team. She is a Chef with an eagle eye for exceptional food service, cleanliness and organisation in our kitchen.

We ordered a waterproof & lockable menu board and it has arrived with the keys locked inside the cabinet 🙃 (someone was having a bad day in factory)

Huge appreciation for our Saturday night crews 🫶
Will, Lauren, Grace & Kimmie (and Sam, Matt, Damon & Jack not in the photo).
Our staff are young and they are incredibly hard working and have to deal with so many different scenarios that get thrown at them. They are professional, level headed and have each others backs. I simply don't believe the notion that this generation don't know how to work hard. Our staff are motivated, have a deep passion for Irish Murphy's and love the big nights when the bar and dancefloor is jam packed and they run all night behind the bar.
We absolutely adore them and we know you guys do too.

Pity The Fool is one of our favourite bands at Irish Murphy's. They always have the dancefloor packed and the bar staff are always run off their feet.

Irish Murphy's is No.1 for Guinness and Live Music in Ballarat. Our dancefloor is famous for a reason too. So many patrons tell me how they first met on our dancefloor or had their first kiss with the love of their life. It just has gives off good vibes.
