Our grandfather Frank was a hard working Blacksmith in the Ballarat region, and at the heart of a Blacksmith’s shop is a fire they call the Forge. With a combination of the fire, great skill and plenty of hard work, great things are created. Take a look at our wood fire oven and you’ll know why we are “The Forge”. Inspired by our Nepalese chef Sumi and our beautiful supplier at Meredith Dairy , The Everest has earned a permanent place on the pizza menu. Formerly known as the G.O.A.T. Pizza, the same much-loved flavour with a Nepalese twist.

You’ll also spot new dishes across the menu, including our fresh Smoked Salmon Salad and other seasonal additions.
