And just like that… the June kitchen takeover is over for another year 🥲

Four Thursdays gone in a flash!

Oz loved being back cooking from a fresh menu, and we were all still pretty obsessed with what Renard did with the cocktails! 😍

But the best bit was all of you fine folk who came out mid-week (sometimes in the rain!) to eat and drink festively and fill the room with good vibes in Renard’s beautiful space.

Big big thanks to everyone who dropped in - we appreciate the love💛

Foodtruck friends .. June was a big one! 😮‍💨🌟

A whopping thanks to those who joined us at Renards and to the regulars who braved the cold, dark nights to support us.

We hope you'll understand, but we'd love to take a wee winter break.

For the month of July, we'll be serving our dinners from on Fridays only.

That means we'll be closed on Thursdays and Saturdays but we're still keen as mustard to feed y'all one big feast, one night a week.

Good folk of Woodside

A little postscript from us… That lonely one‑star review has been deleted, so we’ve taken our post down too. 🎉

But what we didn't want to let pass is just how deeply grateful we are for the wave of kindness that came our way.

So we're repeating our thanks to fine folk who:

💟 take the time to leave a review
💟 tell all their friends (and randoms) about us
💟 show up week after week
💟 share honest feedback and love what we do

But there was a community of champions we omitted, and that's you legends, our online family.

💟You cheer us on (and up!), get excited over our dishes, drop a love heart, leave a comment, share links with your mates… and so many of you aren’t even in Ballarat. The fact we’re still part of your world honestly means more than we can say.

We know being back at five stars doesn’t make us perfect but we do try our best and we appreciate, that you appreciate, everything that we do!
