Hi everyone,
We just wanted to say a big thank you for your patience and understanding. π
For quite a while, our old receipt printer had become very outdated, which caused some receipts and order dockets to print blurry and hard to read. Unfortunately, the printer model is no longer available new, so we spent a long time searching everywhere for a compatible replacement and even looking for second-hand units. It definitely made preparing orders more difficult for our team.
Thankfully, we recently got in touch with a seller who had a spare backup printer available β and now we finally have a replacement installed! π
Our new printer is now working perfectly, and all receipts and order tickets are printing nice and clear again.
