I am here to announce, as promised Allan Sternberg Author has finally finished his second book called, Feel the POWER ... of giving up.

A brilliant collection of 'flash fiction', small little stories (mainly humorous) seemingly simple but with a sometimes weighty undercurrent.
Also includes Allan's own illustrations. (Is there nothing he can't do?)

What you should do is buy a copy. (As you promised)

Lemon tarts do I need to say more....probably!

There will most likely be a bit of cake and biscuits as well.

This will be a casual, hopefully laid-back, find my feet type affair.

Don't expect coffee or a place to sit, but will be up for a chat while you look at how shiny and new everything looks!

Very excited to be going down to pick up some goodies from our old cafe tomorrow morning from the amazing Every little crumb.

OK, it's about time, I thank a few people.

All these wonderful people did a great job and would recommend them all. Well, mum and husband would have a very high hourly rate for anyone else.

Thank you also to the passers-by, the social media messages, and just the support from family and friends. I love my new space, and although I can't wear pj's to work anymore,🤪 it is great to have a place to call my own!❤️

I'm also very sorry I'm not doing coffee, but let's face it, we should stick to what we know!

Today we handed the keys back to our little cafe that we have had the pleasure of operating for the past 2 years. We have met some wonderful people that we now call friends, I would like to thank Gayle Hart and Michael Hart for being the best landlords and giving us this opportunity and all of our suppliers Australia Fare for the best sponges in town, Paul from Unique supplies, Natures Cargo, Koffee Pirates for the best coffee and service anyone could ask for,Victoria street bakers delight and last but not least the beautiful Cathryn from Every Little Crumb for all of her amazing biscuits, tarts and cakes since the day we opened till the day we closed I'm sure you will all be happy to know that she will be the next lucky tenant at 96 Humffray St Nth so please support her with the same love and support that you have shown us.Thankyou for the wonderful memories from Janeen, Allan & Kate it's now officially puppy days.

The time has come to let all of our loyal customers know that sadly we will be closing the doors and turning off the coffee machine for the last time on Sat 31st May here at Sweet arts cafe, we have loved getting to know you and will miss seeing you all thanks once again for all of your support Allan Janeen & Kate.

Our hours this coming long weekend, open Thursday- Monday 9am till 1pm, we will have a can on Friday to take donations for the RCH so call in and support the childrens hospital and our small business. Just a reminder to bring cash for donations please.
