I took one for the keto, low carb, diabetic team today!!
After promising for so long to offer a truly low carb pizza base I’ve finally had the time for some recipe development and testing.
I’ve used chicken breast as the main ingredient to make a super high protein, very low carb base which is really tasty and incredibly satiating.
Available from Friday evening for dine in or takeaway - specialty bases 9 inch only

A beautiful country wedding today with a slight retro edge - I was completely in love with the Johnston vintage crockery in a gorgeous butter yellow and the scatter of punched eucalyptus leaf confetti adorning the tables.
It was perfect weather up north in Owen with a slight breeze to keep everyone cool.
Congratulations Diana and Edwin and thank you again for allowing us to share your very special wedding day

The warmer weather is perfect for one of our iced drinks.
Our frappes are made with real espresso, no coffee flavoring here!! We can add your choice of whipped cream or syrups to customize to your own taste.
Our other iced drinks are always a hit too - choose from iced coffee, chocolate, mocha or chai with icecream or cream as you wish

The process of the cinnamon roll.
Because we make sourdough rolls it’s a three day process to get these beauties into your mouth!
Thursday we mix the dough, stretch and fold then prove overnight then refrigerate to make shaping easier. Friday afternoon they are shaped and cut before proving overnight and being baked fresh for you on Saturday morning.
We only make these once a week so get in while they’re still available

The weather may be slowly warming up but the evenings are still cool enough to enjoy a delicious homestyle dessert.
Just out of the oven - bread and butter pudding made with fluffy brioche, local cream, eggs…..yum yum!!
