Dear Friends,

It is with mixed emotions, that I would like to announce that we have now closed En Izakaya restaurant permanently.

Why?

It's been 14 years, it's the end of our current lease and it feels like an appropriate time to finish on a high, and move on to my next project.

I'd like to thank all my wonderful clientele

There are so many of you, and a huge number of you have been coming since day 1.

There's not enough space to name you all individually - but you all know who you are.

I'd also like to thank two of my chefs.

Teruaki Sato who was my first head chef, who is now back in Japan, and also Kota Ogawa,who worked as our head chef for many years.

They both worked tirelessly to build this business to what it has become.

So, thank you everyone.

I hope our paths will cross in the very near future, so until then, take care everyone.
