We’re bringing a taste of Spain to the distillery on Friday 17 July with a Paella Night in collaboration with Alfonso’s Catering ✨⁠

From 6pm to 7pm, Alfonso will be serving up authentic Chicken & Chorizo Paella cooked fresh onsite. Rich saffron rice, smoky chorizo, tender chicken and all the vibrant flavours inspired by traditional Spanish paella.⁠

With over 40 years of culinary experience, Alfonso is known around the Northern Beaches for creating incredible food designed to bring people together.⁠
