A Message to Our Customers
We are aware of a recent review regarding an interaction at our venue. While we respect every customer’s right to share their experience, after carefully reviewing the matter and our CCTV footage, we believe several statements made in the review do not accurately reflect what occurred.
Our team is trained to treat all guests with courtesy and respect, and the footage shows that our staff remained polite and professional throughout the interaction. At no point was the customer spoken to in the manner described.
The conversation related to our venue policy regarding outside food. Our staff respectfully sought clarification and followed restaurant procedures, as they are required to do with all guests.
We are disappointed to see inaccurate claims made about our team, who work hard every day to provide friendly service and create a welcoming environment for everyone.
We remain committed to treating every customer with respect and appreciate the continued support of our community.
