Fuadijan We have a small family run restaurant serving Pakistani food. Ours is a small family run business by six of us. He handles the Bbq.

I am Adeeba you will see me around in the kitchen managing things. Fuad is my husband who is helping me to establish this effort. Amani my daughter is handling front desk. Ibrahim my son helps in the kitchen. Maryam my daughter loves baking and makes milkshakes and lastly Zakariya seven years old, you will find him running around the place and playing with your children. A very frequently asked qu

estion is about the name of truck. It is named after my husband Fuad فواد (Fuadijan). Lastly I would like to mention that I am passionate about healthy eating and have spent some time developing healthy meals, this factor has been the main driving force behind designing our recipes for food truck. Here at Fuadijan we strive to cook using the healthiest possible techniques like BBQ or grill (mean less fat and oil) using best quality ingredients sourced locally so you can eat often without worrying about your health. We do not use any preservatives or artificial colors not even in our biryani. We not only care about your health, we care about our environment as well. Our packaging is biodegradable and has low carbon footprint.
