From 9 March 2026 🍃
Moment Tea will be on our annual break.

For a little while,
this space will rest quietly.

We’ll be closed for around two months,
both in-store and online.

If you’d like to pick up some tea before we pause,
this week will be our final days open.

Thank you for every visit,
every familiar face,
every slow afternoon spent here.

We’ll share an update before we reopen. Looking forward to seeing you again soon🌿

As part of our yearly rhythm, Moment Tea Shop will take a quiet pause starting early March, for about two months.

Both our Ashfield shop and online store will be closed during this period.

If you’d like to stock up on your favourite teas,
February is the perfect time!

We feel incredibly honoured to be featured by and in the 2025 edition of Good Food’s Essential Sydney Cafés and Bakeries. 🌿

When we opened this little tea shop, we simply wanted to create a space where tea could be slow, intentional and meaningful, a place that honours the roots of traditional tea culture, while also embracing the creativity and diversity of modern life.

To now be recognised among so many inspiring venues across Sydney is truly humbling.

Thank you to everyone who has walked into our little tea space — your presence, your quiet moments, your smiles over a warm cup, and your kind words shared with others have made this journey so special. 💫

Tomorrow, January 12, 2025, will be our last day of operations before Moment Tea Shop takes a temporary break. During this period, both our physical store and online services will be paused.

Don’t miss the chance to visit us tomorrow and stock up on your favorite teas! If you place an order during our closure, rest assured that all orders will be processed and shipped in March 2025 when we reopen.

We will be closed on January 1st for New Year’s Day.
