What a day at the Flexible Workspace Conference Australia! ✨🍴

Great people, great conversations and, of course, plenty of great food.

We loved being part of this year’s FWCA, bringing together the people and ideas shaping Australia’s flexible workspace community.

The Vanilla Blue team kept everyone fuelled throughout the day with a delicious mix of sweet and savoury favourites, while our Managing Director, Jonathan, and Customer Engagement Manager, Mikayla, swapped the kitchen for the stage.

They shared our take on how great catering can help create better workspace experiences, from everyday member moments and client meetings to those bigger events where you really want to make an impression.

Because for us, catering is about more than putting great food on the table. It’s about making things easy, creating memorable moments and helping our clients look good while we take care of the details.

A huge thank you to the FWCA team for having us, and to everyone who stopped by to say hello, have a chat… or come back for another bite.

Sometimes the most important conversations start with something simple: stepping away from the screen, sharing some food and taking the time to genuinely check in.

That’s why R U OK? Day has been close to our hearts at Vanilla Blue for many years.

Through Cupcakes That Care, all profits from our R U OK? Day cupcakes sold on the day will be donated to R U OK? — our small way of helping support a much bigger conversation.

For workplaces coming together this R U OK? Day, our special menu will be available 7–12 September, featuring handmade buttercream cupcakes, finger sandwiches, chilled canapés and our yellow & white sweets collection. 💛

Yesterday at Oz Design in Moore Park, the room was filled with great design, great food and even better conversation.

Behind the scenes, our team was taking care of the details. Catering, drinks, service and everything in between, so our client could simply enjoy the evening and connect with their guests.
