Milly Hill Pop Up Restaurant Armidale's first Pop Up Restaurant with renowned Sydney Chef Darren Templeman ably assisted by wonderkid Dylan Carter using all LOCAL produce

Milly Hill Lamb in conjunction with renowned Sydney Chef Darren Templeman from Restaurant Atelier fame and aspiring Chef and past Master Chef Junior Contestant Dylan Carter are bringing Armidale's first Pop Up Restaurant to town. We will be using all local produce including Milly Hill Lamb. Darren will be arriving in town on Tuesday night to spend the rest of the week accessing produce and meeting growers.

Chef Darren Templeman who did such an amazing job at last years Milly Hill Pop Up Restaurant is now the Executive Chef at O Bar and Dining.
The restaurant is in George St Sydney and rotates so that during your meal you see all of the beautiful city!
The meals are of course amazing and a testament to Darren's skill and attention to detail.
If you are in Sydney I highly recommend going there. It was an amazing experience.

I love that this restaurant has taken on a life of its own.

Last night three Chefs from Bistro Grill at The Armidale Bowling Club turned up at about midnight after they had finished their own service (unannounced) and offered a hand. Chef Darren was so appreciative of this.

This sort of thing would only happen in a lovely country town like Armidale.
