Hospitality/Retail Staffs We feel for you. People assume we cannot make mistakes. They forget we are humans just like other individuals.
This morning we got abused, just because i could not hear this customer asking for extra shot of coffee.
He knew the price, paid for small coffee, didnot paid any extra, didnot mention anything while paying, but came back later abused everyone, angry, would not accept an apologise.
But we love customers. We are hospitality workers.
We will still smile, serve you just to make you feel better.
Next time when you go out thank your server, smile and try to brighten their day, and treat them as a human.
