And that's a wrap !!

From the bottom of my heart i would like to thank everybody that supported us at one of our sixteen pop-up over the past 4/5 years !!

It truly was a journey to watch my self go from being an underpaid head chef at a cafe in Dee Why, to doing my own thing in the pop up game, to running 5 restraunts simultaneously around Sydney - Wollongong- Rouse Hill !!
It has truly been an experience!!
and taught me so much as a chef, restraunter and even in my personal life!!

I am sorry that we have shut a week of schedule, but there has been a lot of external factors that have led to our earlier close!!

I would really like to thank all the loyal fans for there ongoing support over the years and following us all around NSW !!

As some of you know I've had some very heavy personal issues that are the main reason for our early closure, BUT I am working on our next project which will be influenced by my southern cooking style!!
But more on that later!!

But as for now THANKS again for the continues support and as of today BBJ Is no longer operational it was a blast to bring you crazy S.O.Bs the best, most CRAZY burgers and American style cuisine we could !!

We had a Blast and we hope you did too !!

I'd like to give a special shout out too Juan Silva my right hand guy for the last few years, and Yogi his right hand guy for holding down the fort!!

And a special Thanks to YOU for coming in and trying our wares week in , week out !!

Thanks again so, so much everyone!!

And I will be BACK with a whole new project and there might even be a burger or two ...

But as of now we will NOT be serving at the Native Rose Hotel or operating as Burgers By Josh EVER AGAIN !!

THE END IS NEAR , THE END IS NEAR !!!

It is with a heavy heart, and tear in my eye that i tell you:
Sunday the 15th of September is BBJ's LAST DAY of Trade ever !!

And this is the Last Supper a special we did to see out our first ever long term pop-up at the Hunter Gatherer Bar 3 years ago !!

We teamed up with Bovine & Swine Barbecue for there world famous Brisket, And Primo for a special smoked bacon !!

Seems fitting we bring this back as our LAST special EVER, ONLY if we get enough Love ❤❤ here I'll make it happen !!

The End of An Era ..

It's with great sadness to announce that Burgers By Josh will be closing permantly over the next couple week (exact date soon)

It has been an absolute pleasure to bring all you crazy burger loving cats your weekly (or daily) fix for over the last 5 years, From humble begins as just a chef in a cafe called Danno's at Dee Why, to me and my best mate doing sold out ticketed pop-up events around the city to having 5 locations running simutanouesly at the same time (Annandale , Rouse Hill, Cringilla , North Sydney and Raby).

It's been one hell of a ride!!

As I have mentioned earlier this year both my father and mother have been experiencing alot of health problems ,and I will be moving back to my hometown area I come from to help them !!

But as one door closes another opens, and I will be back, but with a brand new business which I plan to open in my hometown area with in the foreseeable future, more about that later !!

But once again I would like to say thank you everybody who has vistied one of out 16 pop ups locations we have had over the last 4 years , and it still blows my mind today how one chef working for very little money , went to doing pop ups to running multiple sites at once !! It truly was an unbelievable experience and has taught me so much along the way !!

From the bottom of my heart I thank you all for your support over the years, it truly means so much to me !!

For the time been though we will continue trading at the Native Rose Hotel and will be there for the next couple weeks , will keep you updated here!!
