What an amazing set up theme . There was all sorts of amazing things set up . Had to walk through a coffin ⚰️ to get into the party . There was some really cool ideas .
A grazing table set up hot food to be added closer to when guests arrived .

Let’s talk pre made meals ,
I’ve been thinking it for a while and some neighbours have been purchasing so now I’m going to start it .
Tell me some meal suggestions ?
My brain have thought of so many I really need to focus on the suggested favorites .
I can cover meal dietary requirements easily .
I have a massive display freezer so they got popped in as soon as they are made .
I can hold some non frozen if ordered and paid for once advertised .
I have eftpos facilities .
Would you prefer single serve or family serve ?
Yes I will be making arancini of all verities to sell frozen to cook at home .
What’s your budget per meal ?
Once I hear everyone’s opinion I can get my labels made and fill this freezer 🙌

Easter Friday I had the pleasure of catering a wedding for Jason and Casey ❤️
Knowing Casey from my early chef days , she was my kitchen hand to see this special moment was amazing .
I’m not crying you are I just have something in my eye 👁️.
We catered a cocktail menu again I didn’t get enough photos 🙄 I’m terrible.
Wedding cake was vanilla sponge with lemon curd and vanilla butter cream but how cute is it 😍.
We did a fruit grazing board and a kids menu . Venue was the in-laws house and must I say what a garden . Perfect for the occasion .
We supplied a bar tender as a part of the package and I made sure after food was done your whisky was up to scratch testing quality control with the brides dad and we both feel like it passed the test 😆.
Menu was :
🔸Pumpkin sundried tomato and feta arancini balls.
🔸smoked bacon mac n cheese balls.
🔸cheese burger sliders.
🔸pulled pork and slaw sliders.
🔸bruschetta cups.
🔸roast beef croutons with a avjar and cream cheese.
🔸Napolitana and Parmesan pasta cups.
🔸fruit grazing board.
🔸kids nugget and chip cups.
🔸kids pasta cups.
🔸party pies

This event we introduced the dessert cart .
Brought a clapped up cart on market place and I had an idea with it and thank you to Charlie and Tymeka for making my idea come to life .
I would like to use this cart for a variety of display ideas . This event it was used for cannoli piped to order .
Thank you to my My Italian Table for supplying the shells and the coming to my rescue for the custard early morning Friday .
What a women Franca is I saw all this biscuits she was making I’m pretty sure she hadn’t slept smashing out her Easter orders and I got to taste one and it didn’t disappoint delicious 🤤.

I could be missing something but there was more than enough food .
I felt like I was going to be rolled and fleeced for the arancini balls we couldn’t fry the off fast enough , very happy for the feed back that was given .
All in all it was a great day didn’t even feel like I was working .
