Reheating Instructions 🥘 Battered Chicken Satay Noodles

For the best experience at home, we recommend reheating components separately to keep the chicken crispy and the noodles fresh.

Step 1 – Separate
Remove the battered chicken from the noodles and set aside.
Keep the satay sauce separate until serving.

Step 2 – Noodles
Place noodles into a frypan with a splash of oil stirring until hot but not sticking.

Step 3 – Crispy Chicken
Preheat oven or air fryer to 180°C.
Place chicken in a single layer and heat for 8–10 minutes, until hot and crisp.
OR you can add to the noodles with half the sauce and stir until hot being careful not to disrupt the batter.

Step 4 – Sauce
Gently heat the satay sauce in the microwave in short bursts, stirring between each, until warm. OR in a saucepan over low heat.

Step 5 – Serve
Spoon noodles into a bowl, top with crispy chicken, and finish with the warmed satay sauce.

Wheatsheaf Tip
-If sauce has thickened add a splash of water or coconut milk
-Add sauce gradually to suit your taste.
-finish with a side of steamed broccoli or carrots

Dim sims can be reheated in microwave/oven or air fryer.
