You may have been aware that our winter hours have been very sporadic during the week.
This is because we have been focusing those quieter times on pushing to get the last of the big renovations done in the back half of the pub.
Wheaty Wednesday -
Friday to Sunday lunch -
Thursday, Friday and Saturday dinner - are the hours for dine in and take away that we are keeping at the moment.
This lovely old building keeps us on our toes and Mark and Myself are doing the majority of work, which means we juggle a lot.
Thankfully we are in the final stages of the big work and then it becomes cosmetic and cleaning up those little jobs that have been pushed back on the list.
September will see solar and battery being installed which will thankfully help with the power bills that have quite literally been bleeding us dry.
By October we hope to be back to full swing, more hours a bigger social media presence and creative specials coming out of the kitchen.
Thanks to everyone for your patience and ongoing support, the fact that every weekend we continue to be booked solid and busy has kept us ticking along and able to get closer to our end goal.
Being a small owner operated business is not for the faint of heart and while changes are coming we plan on being around for a while longer yet!
