Just a little heads-up — The Watertank will be closed tomorrow, Monday 28th September, some of our team member are sick , so we don’t want the risk of it passing it around the other staff or our customers,

📸 Our Little Water Tank Update 💛☕🌱

You might have noticed a few changes and new faces around The Water Tank Café over the last few weeks. 😊

It's been a big adventure for us, and we'd like to say a huge thank everyone for their support throughout the transition (one of the previous owners) Maggie , Geni, and Lyn (Original owner of *The Watertank cafe* ) . The Water Tank Café has been a special part of the community for many years, and we're grateful to be continuing its story.

We won't pretend it's all been smooth sailing 😅. There have definitely been a few challenges and plenty of long days, but it's also been incredibly rewarding. Every week we're learning, growing, and finding new ways to improve.

We've been working hard behind the scenes on our menu too 🍜, introducing more *Vietnamese-inspired dishes, adding more vegetarian or vegan* options, and listening carefully to your feedback so we can create something everyone can enjoy.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who's stopped by for a coffee ☕, a meal 🍽️, or simply a chat 👋. The support, patience, and kind words from our customers have meant the world to us.

We're excited about what's ahead and look forward to continuing to grow, improve, and share great food with our amazing community. ❤️

We’ve been busy behind the scenes… we re-organised and upgraded our kitchen,

And guess what! We’re running it back—our Pho is coming back tomorrow and with other vietnamese dishes🍜💛

Last time it completely sold out, and we didn't want you missing out!
This time we’ll have pho plus other delicious Vietnamese dishes—fresh, flavour-packed, and served with big warm vibes. 🥢🌶️

What a weekend! We're blown away by the incredible support for our Pho Weekend Special at The Watertank Cafe.
A huge thank you to everyone who came in, shared their feedback, and recommended us to family and friends. We also sincerely apologise to those who missed out — we completely sold out thanks to your amazing support!
🔧 We'll be closed from Sunday 12 July to Wednesday 15 July while we refresh and expand our menu and make improvements behind the scenes.
✨ We'll be back on Thursday 16 July with an exciting refreshed menu!
