📸 Our Little Water Tank Update 💛☕🌱

You might have noticed a few changes and new faces around The Water Tank Café over the last few weeks. 😊

It's been a big adventure for us, and we'd like to say a huge thank everyone for their support throughout the transition (one of the previous owners) Maggie , Geni, and Lyn (Original owner of *The Watertank cafe* ) . The Water Tank Café has been a special part of the community for many years, and we're grateful to be continuing its story.

We won't pretend it's all been smooth sailing 😅. There have definitely been a few challenges and plenty of long days, but it's also been incredibly rewarding. Every week we're learning, growing, and finding new ways to improve.

We've been working hard behind the scenes on our menu too 🍜, introducing more *Vietnamese-inspired dishes, adding more vegetarian or vegan* options, and listening carefully to your feedback so we can create something everyone can enjoy.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who's stopped by for a coffee ☕, a meal 🍽️, or simply a chat 👋. The support, patience, and kind words from our customers have meant the world to us.

We're excited about what's ahead and look forward to continuing to grow, improve, and share great food with our amazing community. ❤️

Last time it completely sold out, and we didn't want you missing out!

Welcome to our Winter Solstice Last Sunday Folk Up, where the music and company will warm your heart.
Opening the night is our favourite guitar slinger Billy Black, who is seen regularly round town playing with many different acts in as many genres. Not just a brilliant guitarist, Billy is a jaw droppingly great singer and solo performer.
Klinton Buzzacott sang recently at the Folk Up Open Mic, and absolutely blew everyone's hair back! We are so excited to host Klint as our feature act, where he will be joined by his father Keith "Buzz" Buzzacott on electric guitar!
Drawing on themes of romance and nostalgia, Klint describes his sound as atmospheric blues/pop — a heartfelt exploration of life,
love and emotion.
The Open Mic is BACK from 7pm, where ANYONE has the chance to shine with 2 songs of their choice! But get in early, as the blackboard fills up fast!
Delicious meals, hot and cold drinks are available from the Watertank Cafe menu.
$10 for ASFC members, $20 for non members, new memberships encouraged!
