Hello friends!!
Christmas Catering Service available to Alice Springs & Tennant Creek.

Yes it is that time of the year again.
All the festivities and celebrations are coming up & we are ready.

Last year we had great response for our grazing boxes and desserts so we will run that again.

Secondly we will be here over Christmas so we will open our books for family styled Christmas lunch packages.

These will be set packages that can be picked up / delivered (limited delivery times)

Minimum of 10 pax however if you have a group less than this we can still offer you our packages just customised.

Set package will consist of
2 x proteins
2 x sides
1 x salad
1 x dessert

Additional sides / protein can be added.

Packages in premium disposable packaging.

Christmas parties
We have availability from November in house with us or on location.
Custom packages available.

Our Canteen is open again. Thanks for allowing us time to do our last quarter deep clean.

It’s been a massive year so we appreciate your continued support with booking Catering & Having lunch with us.

We know everyone’s budgets need more value for your money and this is why we make real food. Come in for lunch / takeaway for dinner.

Hi Friends,

We wanted to share one of our biggest week’s for 2026 which has been the MusicNT's Bush Bands Bash 2026 & Aileron Bush Club’s 2026 Rodeo held in Alice Springs.

Our team and families have worked really hard to pull this week off it didn’t come without challenges however we pivoted, problem solved & really worked together to pull off a massive week.

One thing about events that are planned in advance is that the rising costs & unexpected challenges don’t skip you & that’s something we faced and did well to get through this together. We met so many great people and it was nice to be amongst so many people doing cool things in the Territory.

A very special shout out to our amazing Chef Zoe Christie who has been a God send & this week wouldn’t have gone as smoothly without her & organising our team.

I also want to acknowledge our team’s partners and families who allowed the extra work hours and my own family who travelled to support this week being a success. It’s never easy when you have young children but I hope being part of the journey installs good work ethic and understanding in their lives.

These are the kind of bookings we thrive in where you’ve got a lot of people to feed well and you want to make sure they feel well cared for through quality. Good nourishment is nothing to play about.

It was a week for the books for sure.
