We’re kicking off something special — and you’re invited!
Neighbourly Strolls: ! is our very first community walk, and we’d love you to be part of it.
Join us on Sunday May the 4th (yes... may the stroll be with you) for a feel-good morning of movement, sunshine, and connection. We’ll meet at the studio at 8:30am for an 8:45am guided warm-up, then set off at 9am for a relaxed 45-minute loop along the beautiful Aldinga Beach coastline.
Our new coffee machine is on its way!! So arrive a little earlier if you’d like to grab a tea or coffee to sip as you stroll.
After the walk, stick around! Our studio coffee house will be open ‘til midday with Sunday tunes, relaxed vibes, and plenty of friendly faces.
Whether you’re walking solo, with friends, or rolling with a pram or a pooch — this one’s for everyone.
