Had a slight malfunction with our machine today involving some sparks and burning which was very much not ideal!

What I appreciate most is two things. Firstly how incredible Rory is in remaining calm under pressure and the care he has for both us and our customers safety, happiness and wellbeing, props to the best partner in caffeine ever 💜

Secondly, picking the van back up (after it had some well earnt time out in the naughty corner) being flagged down and told just how much joy and great coffee we bring to events means the world. As a small business owner and navigating the second year in business it’s really humbling when I get great feedback on our products and how we show up and bring a fun energy to the events we go to, it truly means the world

Whilst a smoking electrical fault in our machine wasn’t the way we wanted to end today, a big thank you to the La Trobe University Albury-Wodonga team for having us at Open Day 2026 🧡 being able to bring some joy to start the event and make the experience delightful was worth it!
