We select quality green beans, sample roast, cup, tweak profiles, sample roast again, cup, repeat until we know we’re dialled on development and flavour, escalate that to a production roast, cup again, test brew then finally launch it for you!

Our current limited offering - A Colombia from Peñas Blancas. This pink bourbon variety has undergone mosto, anaerobic processing resulting in a rare gem of a Decaf coffee.

Processed using the Swiss Water Process - no chemicals or solvents, just water and lots of time and care.

Cranberry, purple grape and lemongrass notes highlighting clean sweetness and a vibrant pop of acidity rarely found in a decaf coffee 🤎🙌🏼

Pouring in the P9 Brew Bar and available in bags to take home now
