As of tomorrow Bistro Selle will resume service in a slightly different format.
Our new take away menu is not the bistro you well know, but we have a new offering for you. Check out, and pre order online by 4pm at bistroselle.com for our new take home menu.

Unfortunately as we all know we have been closed down, as of 5pm today. So as to comply with the NSW government regulations we will not be operating in our normal capacity. We will regroup and release a takeaway appropriate menu in the coming days.

As of Wednesday 17th June we are back on deck.
However, we will be operating under some tight restrictions.
Bookings are essential.
Trading hours going forward will be dinners only Tuesday through Saturday
