Behind the scenes with Spanish Garden Sous Chef, Roshan Neupane, as he prepares the Spanish Garden Steakhouse edition of our Nepali Flood Relief Special! 🏰✨

Roshan, born in Lolang, Kathmandu, has infused this 300g MB3+ Porterhouse with traditional Nepalese Sekuwa spices, served alongside a Tibetan-inspired chow mein.

Thanks to our friends at JBSAussieBeef and A La Carte Meats , we’ve secured roughly 7,500 prime 300g striploin cuts, and for every single steak sold, $11 will go directly toward the relief efforts. Plus, our Nepalese chefs have created special dishes with a unique twist to showcase on the menu!

We were proud to host the annual Tassie Crays & Dry Aged Sirloin Charity Luncheon in the Spanish Garden last Friday. 🏰✨

Our team served fresh crayfish platters and dry-aged sirloin cuts, while guests enjoyed commentary and stories from Queensland sporting icons Paul 'Fatty' Vautin, Jeff Thomson, and Greg Ritchie.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone in attendance, a fantastic amount of funds was raised to support medical research for the Queensland Brain Institute and Gallipoli Medical Research . Sincere thanks to organisers Brian and Liz Davies, along with all attendees, for supporting such vital causes.

We look forward to continuing our support for community initiatives and charity events at the Creek. 🙌🥩
