We opened Three Flamingos in April 2018 and our goal has always been to create a venue in Albion Park that people can be proud of and a place people want to bring their friends and
family to. We are so excited to have finally opened our comfortable new space in June 2021, something that would not have been possible without your ongoing support. We love our community and we are proud to call Allbion Park home.

Today marks the last shift for one of our og’s, Alex. If you have ever been in the cafe, chances are you’ve seen Alex in there. If you have ever had a supportive, kind message on the lid of your coffee, that was Alex. She is one of the rocks of Three Flamingos and has been with us for over 8 years! She has been such a vital part of our team for a long time and has put her heart and soul in every day to make a great experience for customers and staff. Though it is time for her to move on, she will leave an existing and lasting effect on all of us and the cafe. We all appreciate everything you have done for us as a manager and a friend. You will be missed enormously and we will continue to pass on your bubbly energy and dedication to the business. Good luck with all your future endeavours, we are so excited to see how you take on the world!! ♥️🦩

Today marks the end of an era for our Jbar legend Luke, as he moves on to start an apprenticeship this year.

Luke has been an incredibly valuable member of our flock for several years now, always reliable, eager to learn and ready to serve.

We’ll miss you Luke, but we’re so excited for everything that lays ahead for you. Can’t wait to see you around and hear all about it!

Today marked the end of a chapter for our FOH superstar, Jayden.

Jaydo has been with us since he was just 14 years old, and we have had the privilege of watching him learn and develop so many skills over his time at Three Flamingos, from making milkshakes on the Jbar, to delivery driving, to posing for photos, to serving customers at the till each week, with his huge infectious smile and chatty nature.

We’ll miss you Jay, but we’re so excited to see all that lies ahead for you as you move into a new job in the industry you’ve always dreamed of. Don’t forget, we’ll always be here to make you a caramel latte on your way to work 😉

I’m sure you all recognise this gorgeous girl, Kayla, from our cafe, along with her beautiful smile, caring heart and amazing attitude ✨

Kayla has recently found out that she is again facing leukaemia, and will soon be starting treatment up in Sydney.

We wanted to share the donation page set up by Kayla’s Aunty, as a way to raise awareness and reach further on her behalf. Your donation will help support Kayla and also her parents, as they stay by her side and support her through her treatment, procedures and lengthy hospital stay. Any amount would be so greatly appreciated by Kayla and her family.
