Hi Albany!
After 30+ years as a chef and working in disability support, I’m exploring a service that helps NDIS participants enjoy healthy, home-cooked meals while building confidence and independence in the kitchen.
Many people want to eat better, learn to cook, prepare meals for the week, or simply keep on top of shopping and meal preparation, but don’t always have the support they need. That’s where I can help.
Services may include:
• Homemade meals
• Batch cooking & freezer meals
• Pastries, pies & cakes
• Grocery shopping support
• Meal planning
• Cooking skill development
• Kitchen clean-up after cooking
This isn’t just about preparing food. It’s about helping people develop life skills, reduce reliance on takeaway meals, improve nutrition, save money, and gain more confidence in their own home.
I’d love to hear from NDIS participants, families, carers, support coordinators and plan managers.
Would a service like this be useful in Albany and the Great Southern?
