G&Co operates a wood-fire bakery, coffee house & communal table. Our busy dine-in breakfast, brunch and take-away trade means we do sell out, despite increases in production. Our aim is to consistently deliver quality professional service matched with quality products to satisfy your palate. As such we do opt to close when our daily output is exhausted rather than try to meet demand by lowering our standard.
