As a business owner, this is the feedback you really treasure. I always say to my managers, you can teach someone how to make a coffee or use the POS system but you can't teach someone how to be a nice person so make sure we focus on that when recruiting. Sarah is a great example of what genuine and personable customer service we strive for

Crispy fried Brussel Sprouts with red onion jam, syracha, maple candied bacon and pickled cabbage. (We are also more than happy to accommodate dietary preferences so please tell your waitstaff when ordering if you'd like us to leave out the Brussel Sprouts :)

I absolutely love Susan and all she does, she must be running out of room for all the awards she has won by now.

Coincidently we are both in the anti-gluten business. gluten is the enemy of crispy fish and chips. As soon as water hits the flour and you mix it gluten starts to develop and the longer it sits and the more you adjust the batter the more flat and tough the batter is. Great for baking, bad for fish and chips.

Ocean and Paddock was judged and awarded "The Best Take-Away Fish and Chips in Australia" at the National Seafood Awards.
It's a testament to the Great Southern Region and the incredible food destination it's become.

This is an absolute reflection of the wonderful staff we are so fortununate to have as part of the Ocean and Paddock Family.

To our customers, you are more than customers, you are part of our Ocean and Paddock Family.

I'd like to sincerely thank our suppliers, Grande Food Service , York Street IGA, Bendotti Exporters (Manjimup Chips), but most importantly Great Southern Seafoods , without whose support and tireless pursuit of the best seafood the Great Southern has to offer, this would not have been possible.

Had the most wonderful experience today with Albany Adventure tours. I can't believe I'm a local and have never been out for what was honestly and experience of a lifetime. Paul and Emma were absolutely amazing and would encourage everyone to get out and support such a great local, sustainable business.
