To every market goer reading this...
Thank you for making Stacks so much more than a pancake stall 🖤
Some people come for breakfast.
Some come because it's become part of their weekend ritual.
Some are catching up with friends they haven't seen in months.
Some are introducing visitors to their favourite market. Some are chasing toddlers between coffee and food.
Some are simply taking a moment for themselves.
Some have found us for the first time from the ridiculous reels we post..
What you might not realise is that every weekend we get a front row seat to something pretty special...
We watch friendships grow.
We see families come back year after year.
We celebrate birthdays, engagements, new babies, new jobs, and get to watch your babies grow so quickly they get their own pancakes...
What started as pancakes has become a community.
A place where people gather, connect, laugh, share stories, and create memories over a stack of something delicious.
And that's a pretty beautiful thing...
