📸 Have you seen we're looking for local photographers to feature in the 2027 City of Albany Community Calendar?

The 2027 calendar will celebrate Pets of Albany, and we'd love to showcase the pets that make our community so special. You don't need to be a professional photographer to enter. If you've captured a photo that shows what makes your pet special, we'd love to see it.

Before you submit your entry, please remember:

📷 Images must be in landscape orientation – portrait photos are not suitable for the calendar layout.

📖 Please read the Terms and Conditions before submitting to make sure your images meet all the requirements.

Successful photographers will receive $200 for each calendar image selected, with an additional $300 awarded for the cover image.

Expressions of interest close at 4.00pm on Monday, 31 August 2026.

While we endeavour to open seven days a week, sometimes through operational needs or staff constraints we have to close.

I just wanted to thank everyone who shared there comments about chips

It’s obvious that a lot of people are very disconcerting when it come to chips, and it was nice to see all the comments and participation. I’m sure that all chip shop owners want only the very best for their customers.
