* Strong knowledge of Modern Australian cuisine
* Asian fusion knowledge and experience is highly preferred
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
* Excellent food preparation and presentation skills
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
* Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team
* Passionate about creating quality dishes and delivering great food experiences
* Ability to maintain consistency and high standards during busy service
