What a gorgeous, wholesome day 🩵 this is our 7th year doing the peaks. We honour our loved ones who we’ve lost, and remind ourselves that no matter how hard the day feels at times, we are experiencing nothing compared to those enduring cancer treatment.

You either have ovaries, or you know someone with ovaries and therefore this should be important to EVERYONE.

Ovarian Cancer is the most deadly gynaecological cancer, because it’s often caught far too late. Which is exactly what happened to our darling Krissy and Nonna Nella.

Current funding, is crap. Current outcomes, even more so. In my life time I’d love to see early detection screening (pap smears DO NOT detect ovarian cancer), and the statistics radically improved.

We advocate so bloody hard because we don’t want to see other people lose loved ones like we have. Become familiar with the symptoms, donate if you can and spread awareness 🩵 if you need the donation link just let me know!

Ovarian Cancer Cupcake Fundraiser 🧁

Saturday 12th September will be our second and last cupcake fundraiser for the year.

On the 13th September a group of us (Sadie and I are aiming to do 1 and 5) will be climbing 5 of the Glasshouse Mountains in one day raising money for Low-Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer Initiative raising money for Ovarian Cancer Research. There’s still time to join us if you want to have a fun day!!

Flavours:
- White chocolate raspberry with raspberry buttercream
- Vanilla Bean with vanilla bean buttercream
- Red velvet with vanilla bean buttercream

No dietaries will be catered for this time sorry.

Price:
$32 for 6 or $60 for 12

Pick up:
Saturday 12th September between 9:30-11am strictly from Albany Creek.

Email [email protected] and please include the flavours you’d like and how many cupcakes. Orders close Wednesday 9th September.

Please note: cupcakes will look different to the picture, just as delicious though 🥰 and remember, when it’s for charity the calories don’t count 🤥

As doughnuts are made in batches, when I reach the maximum quantities for a particular window I’ll close it off. It is done this way so doughnuts are fried close to when you pick them up because fresh dodos are the best 🤤
