Dear wonderful customers, 🤍

After a busy season filled with coffee, pastries, and so many lovely moments shared with you, our team will be taking a little time to rest and recharge.

We will be closed from Friday 19 June at 11:00 AM and will reopen on Wednesday 24 June at 6:00 AM for our annual holidays.

Thank you for your kindness, your loyalty, and for supporting our little café every single day. It truly means the world to us, and we feel incredibly lucky to be part of this wonderful community.

We can't wait to come back refreshed, with fresh coffee brewing and plenty of French treats waiting for you.

✨ The wait is over... Welcome to Arôme Café. ✨

After months of thinking, planning, and reading all of your amazing suggestions, we're so excited to finally share our new name with you.

☕ Latino Café is becoming Arôme Café.

First of all, a huge congratulations to Simon, who was the first to guess the new name and wins our $50 voucher! 🎉

Thank you to everyone who joined in. Some of your ideas made us laugh, some were incredibly creative, and a few were actually very close to what we chose.

A lot of people have asked us why we chose the name Arôme Café.

In French, "arôme" simply means flavour or aroma, the character and personality that make something memorable. For us, it represents the smell of fresh coffee, warm pastries, good food, and the little moments shared around a table.

Although we come from France, it was here in Australia that we truly discovered and fell in love with coffee culture. This country taught us so much about coffee, hospitality, and the importance of creating a place where people feel welcome. In many ways, Arôme Café is a little piece of our French roots, shaped by everything Australia has given us.

For us, this isn't about forgetting the past.

After more than 20 years, we know many locals will probably still call us Latino Café, and honestly, we think that's pretty special. It's part of the story of this place, and always will be.

But we've always believed that a café should keep evolving, keep creating, and keep bringing people together. We have plenty of ideas, plenty of dreams, and we're excited about what the future holds. This new name is simply the first step on that journey.

Our new signs will be going up next week, and over time you'll see little changes here and there. Nothing happens overnight, but we're passionate about making this little corner of Agnes Water the best it can be.

Most of all, we want to say thank you.

The support, encouragement and kindness we've received from this community have been incredible. We genuinely feel lucky to do what we do every day and to meet the amazing people who walk through our doors. We honestly wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

This place has become more than a business to us.

It's home.

A little update on our new name... 👀
First of all, thank you!
We've been overwhelmed by the excitement, suggestions, questions, and support we've received since announcing that our little café would be evolving. Every day, customers ask us when the new name is coming, and honestly, we love seeing how invested everyone is in this journey.
The good news? Things are moving forward behind the scenes. The process is taking a little longer than expected, but we're getting closer every day.
We're sorry for keeping you waiting, but we want to make sure everything is done properly before we unveil the next chapter.
In the meantime, keep those name suggestions coming, keep sharing your ideas, and most importantly, keep supporting us the way you always have. It means the world to our small family business.
The change is coming... and we can't wait to share it with you. 🇫🇷☕❤️
