Hi ☕ WE’RE HIRING – FOH ALL-ROUNDER / EXPERIENCED BARISTA

Arôme Café in Agnes Water is looking for a switched-on and experienced Front of House All-Rounder to join our team.

We’re a busy, quality-driven café with high standards, a young and energetic team, and a real passion for good coffee, great food and friendly service. We take pride in what we do and have created a workplace that moves fast, feels welcoming and is genuinely enjoyable to be part of.

This is mainly an all-rounder position, including working on the till, taking in-store and phone orders, running food and drinks, looking after customers and helping the café flow smoothly. You’ll also cover the coffee machine when our main baristas aren’t available, so solid barista experience is essential.

The café can get extremely busy, so we need someone grounded, reliable and organised who can think ahead, work quickly and confidently match the pace of the shop.

We’re building our team ahead of the September holidays and the busy summer season. Ideally, we’d love to find a local person looking for something long-term, but we’ll also consider someone who can commit until after the summer holidays.

• Minimum 2 years’ barista experience
• Shifts between 5am and 3pm, including weekends
• Above-award pay, depending on experience
• Long-term opportunities for the right person

Dear wonderful customers, 🤍

After a busy season filled with coffee, pastries, and so many lovely moments shared with you, our team will be taking a little time to rest and recharge.

We will be closed from Friday 19 June at 11:00 AM and will reopen on Wednesday 24 June at 6:00 AM for our annual holidays.

Thank you for your kindness, your loyalty, and for supporting our little café every single day. It truly means the world to us, and we feel incredibly lucky to be part of this wonderful community.
