Hey everyone, so few changes starting tomorrow. Charlie is leaving as it just wasn’t viable. Super proud of her for having a crack!

New times

Breakfast- 7am-11am
Lunch- 11am- 2pm
Dinner- 4.30-7.30

There will be a new breakfast menu which wasn’t that difficult for me to come up with, as I have been making myself these Greek style breakfast pizzas every morning for the last 2 years !😆 and they are delicious! It will also be an ALL DAY breakfast menu.

Well. Mederteranian food adds years onto your life. And kebabs will give you diabetes.

Hey everyone, Shane here. Many people have asked?! How are you working from 5.30am-7.30pm? We are not !

This is Charlie, she runs breakfast!
She is only 22, qualified chef, has grown up on a farm, and worked in a kitchen since she was 13! We gave her an opportunity to start her own buisness without the gigantic equipment overhead of starting a shop which is unaffordable for most.

She doesn’t care about the bastardisation of the the food industry in Australia and the west in general. She cares about you! And every ingredient you eat is made from scratch, from the bread on the bottom too the relish on top.

Buisness is really hard, because people often value quantity over quality. The devil is in the details with food. And there is no devils in hers!
