In a recent video circulating online depicting a mother and her child going down of silde in our centre, we would like to clarify that we are uncertain about the date this video was recorded. We have not received any requests for assistance from the concerned mother. According to our company policies, it is the responsibility of every parent entering our facility to ensure the well-being of their children while they play.

We appreciate the support of all our customers and are dedicated to creating a better environment and more joy for everyone.
