Coffee Institute is a place to go for an exceptional coffee and delicious modern food with great customer service. We know good coffee but ultimately believe that our customers know their own coffee best. We are focussed on your experience and palate, not on our own need for applause; however this does not mean that we don't know coffee. Our baristas are passionate about coffee, have had years of

experience perfecting all elements of pouring the best cup and would be happy to introduce you to the various ways that you can enjoy the world's favourite drink. We currently offer espresso, V-60 pour-over, french press and cold brew but ultimately we simply pride ourselves on making your coffee just the way you like it. We offer a variety of delicious cakes, pastries and biscuits made fresh daily by small Adelaide businesses. We are gradually extending our range to include gluten-free, RAW and paleo options. We are also excited to have recently added a kitchen at our new premises and have invested much thought and care into our delicious brunch-style menu.
