We’re officially on our way.

The doors are ours, the vision is locked in, and shop fit-out begins this week at our new home in Mawson Lakes.

What you’re seeing now is just an empty space… but not for long.

Over the coming weeks, this will transform into something special; a place built for community, energy, flavour, and those iconic Hoose burgers and fries you’ve been waiting for.

This is the start of the next chapter.

We’re getting very close to submitting council approvals, and our designs are nearly finalised. What we’re building is bigger, better, and built for community.

**Temporary Outage & Update**

As many of you know, we’re in the middle of something really special…
Our brand-new home at Crowne Plaza, Mawson Lakes is being built, and the scale of the renovations means our current shop will be opening and closing sporadically while we push hard to get everything ready.

This project is massive, and we are genuinely so excited about what we’re creating for you; a bigger, better Hoose with more space, more seating, and the full experience our community deserves.

We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience during this transition, but please know it’s all happening so we can come back stronger and better than ever. We can’t wait to welcome back our loyal regulars and meet all our new customers very soon.

Big update, Hoose family 🍔

After months of planning and negotiations, we’ve made the decision to relocate our next Hoose Burger store to an even better home.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, we will no longer be proceeding at Parafield. We’re extremely grateful for the opportunity and support we received there, but sometimes the right path reveals itself a little later.

We’re excited to announce our new home will be:
Crown Plaza – Shop 2, 1–3 Metro Parade, Mawson Lakes

This is a much larger site, with more customer seating, better flow, and positioned right in the heart of Mawson Lakes allowing us to deliver the full Hoose experience at a level we’re truly proud of.

We’re now working hard behind the scenes on design, fit-out and approvals, and we’re targeting an opening between late January and mid-February 2026.

We can’t wait to welcome you all into the new space; it’s going to be something special.
