I received a message from my staff saying that we sold out at today’s Marion pop-up store. I’ve also received private messages from customers saying that the desserts were delicious. It truly gives me so much motivation and encouragement.

I’ve been working really hard throughout these three consecutive days of outdoor pop-up stores. I even kept two pieces of roll cake for the neighboring shop, and everything else was sold out.

Now that I’m completely exhausted, I just want to say how grateful I am for all the support. It really means a lot to me. ❤️

I personally love tiramisu, but finding the right balance between tradition and local taste has never felt convincing enough for me to confidently put it on the menu. Thanks to my Italian staff, I finally gained the confidence to do it.
