Wow what a night!! Cibo Glenelg family having an awesome meal, sharing memories and many laughs last night. Early Xmas dinner and a farewell to our Roberto Riovanto, we are saddened but so happy for him that he is following his dreams!!

What a great write up on a Cibo legend!!

Tony has owned Cibo Espresso Glenelg for 13 years! He was a local at the old CIBO so when an opportunity popped up to own a CIBO café, he knew it was the right path. He used to be a builder and he’s put his experience to good use, building all the cupboards in the café!

There’s a lot Tony loves about Glenelg, including the fresh air and the foreshore but he’s especially fond of the CIBO building, which used to be the old Post Office. It’s over 120 years old and is now heritage listed, every single brick is numbered!

Our Ihsan! You are one in a million. Thank you for everything,

Ihsan has been a part of the Cibo Espresso Glenelg family for 11 years, it’s been so long he’s basically part of the furniture! He loves the craft and science behind coffee making, his go to latte art is the tulip but he’s almost nailed the swan and the flying phoenix. Ihsan loves a piccolo latte or six, he thinks it’s the perfect ration of milk and coffee.

Our James!!

James loves to chat, a lot. He’s been a part of the CIBO family for 6 years and loves the interactive environment and the perks of working near the beach.

When he’s not serving up liquid gold at , he’s running a tennis coaching business at Unley Park. He’s quite the seasoned tennis player, having played for over 21 years but his Mum thinks he missed his true calling… as a model, we couldn’t agree more.
