NGL—we usually hate overhyped winter trends.

But when we decided to try a toasted marshmallow fluff rim for our hot chocolate, we promised ourselves we wouldn’t do it unless it was actually perfect. The most amazing hot chocolate and a cloud of housemade fluff torched right in front of you.

Honestly? It turned out way better than we even expected. It’s the ultimate winter warmer and it’s officially making an appearance at our winter markets.

By the time we get to this one, it’ll be our third event of the day!

Some Saturdays are quiet. This definitely isn’t one of them. 😅

We’re really looking forward to spending the evening at the Food Gala, meeting new people, catching up with familiar faces, and being part of a community event that brings everyone together over good food.

If you’re heading down, come and say hello. Whether you’re stopping by for dessert, a drink, dinner from one of the amazing food stalls, or just a wander around, everyone’s welcome.
