A HEARTFELT APOLOGY FROM OUR TEAM 🤍

We want to sincerely apologise to everyone who visited us yesterday

We had an unexpectedly huge rush of customers arriving all at once, and sadly, many of our wonderful customers were unable to order food

Some of you waited patiently, only to be told that we had to temporarily stop taking orders. We understand how disappointing and frustrating that must have been and we are truly, deeply sorry

Our kitchen became overwhelmed by the volume of orders and we made the decision to stop taking new orders to prevent even longer waiting times for those already waiting

However, we know this is not an excuse. We should have been better prepared and ready to handle a busy period and we take full responsibility for not managing the situation better

To everyone who waited, supported us, came in or simply gave us a chance yesterday, from the bottom of our heart, thank you. Your patience and understanding mean so much to us and we are incredibly grateful for every single customer who chooses to support our small business

We have taken your feedback seriously and will be making improvements to our peak-hour planning, kitchen preparation and service management so we can be better prepared moving forward

We’re truly sorry that we let you down yesterday. We hope you can understand, and most importantly, we hope we can earn your trust again

Thank you for continuing to support us, even on the difficult days. 🤍

We hear you. We appreciate you. And we promise to do better.
