✨ 2025 – A Year of Dreams, Flavours & Celebrations ✨
From the very first spark of an idea to the countless late nights and long hours of planning, tasting, perfecting, and designing, OZIN was born from passion, perseverance, and a dream to create something extraordinary. From choosing every chair and table to selecting wall colours, plates, glasses, and setting up every corner of the space, including OZIN’s very first Christmas tree, this restaurant has truly been built with our own hands and hearts.
Our journey began with our first service on 17th January and took flight with our official launch on 4th February. Opening our doors for the first time and welcoming you in brought everything to life, turning months of hard work into moments, memories, and shared experiences we will always treasure.
This year has been a rollercoaster of emotions, challenges, hard work, laughter, and countless unforgettable moments, and along the way, we were fortunate to celebrate some incredible wins. We were honoured to be a finalist for the Best New Restaurant Opening of 2025 in Sitchu, and overjoyed to be celebrated as the winner of the Best New Restaurant 2026 award from Adelaide Dining Magazine 🏆
But above all, this journey has always been about you. Every smile, every celebration, every meal shared with friends and family under our roof has been a part of our story. Your support, your trust, your laughter, and your stories have brought our dream to life.
As a new restaurant, we have grown so much this year. Every challenge and every moment has been a learning experience, and your patience, understanding, and feedback have been invaluable. You’ve helped us improve, evolve, and continue chasing our dream with even more passion.
As 2025 comes to a close, we look back with gratitude, amazement, and hearts full of joy. And as we step into 2026, we cannot wait to welcome you back to OZIN for more flavours, more memories, and more moments that we will cherish together.
