Celebrate the festive season with an unforgettable evening at the zoo, surrounded by incredible wildlife, great food, and Christmas cheer.

🥂 Begin your night with welcome drinks in the Giraffe Courtyard, where you'll enjoy a truly unique start to the night with our resident giraffes, before making your way to The Fig Tree Function Room for an indulgent evening of dining, drinks, and celebration.

🕡 6:30 pm – 11:30 pm
🍽️ 3-course festive menu
🍷 4.5-hour beverage package

Lorikeets have tongues that are like the ultimate nectar-sucking superpower tools!

They're covered in tiny hair-like structures called 'papillae' that stand up like bristles on a brush when they eat, making it ridiculously easy to soak up all the good stuff.

Did you know? 👀Squirrel Gliders are only about 50 cm long from head to tail tip, yet they can soar through the forest for up to 60 meters in a single glide. Not bad for such a little guy!

Wombats are more than just adorable marsupials; they're unlikely heroes during bushfire season. ❤️🔥

Their deep burrows stay cool and sheltered, providing a safe refuge from the flames. Rock wallabies, bettongs, skinks, and even little penguins have been spotted taking cover in wombat warrens during fires!
