Our famous Beef Carpaccio. ⁠

Born in 1950 at Harry’s Bar in Venice, the dish was named by Chef Giuseppe Cipriani after Renaissance painter Vittore Carpaccio, who was inspired by the vivid red tones he used on his canvas.⁠

Ours is made with the freshest Angus Beef and served with cipriani mayonnaise and everything bagel crumb.⁠
