We sat down with Head Chef Alexis to discover the inspiration behind our North West Regional Dinner. Having grown up in the region, Alexis brings a deeply personal connection - and plenty of passion - to every dish.

Join us on Thursday, 24 September for a journey through North West France, with a four-course menu inspired by Bretagne and the Pays de la Loire and designed to be shared between two.

A JOURNEY THROUGH THE NORTH WEST OF FRANCE: Thursday, 24th September

This September, La Louisiane continues its culinary journey through France, venturing into the North West — a region celebrated for its rugged coastline, abundant seafood and rich culinary traditions.

From 6pm, settle in for a generous four-course set menu designed to share between two, showcasing the flavours of Bretagne and the Pays de Loire. Expect Galette Toast with Ham & Gruyère, Mouclade with Mussels & Saffron, and Far Breton to finish.

Pair your dinner with regional wines by the glass or bottle, or pre-order the full wine pairing and enjoy a saving, with our sommelier sharing the stories behind each pour.

As the evening unfolds, La Louisiane’s signature jazz sets the mood, transporting you straight to the North West of France.

Book both the August 27th and September 24th regional dinners and enjoy a complimentary glass of Champagne on arrival at the final evening of the series.
