Likuid Gold Espresso is looking for an experienced Kitchen Lead to run our daytime food operation.
We are a high-volume espresso bar and coffee house built around pace, consistency, and strong ex*****on. This is a serious daytime hospitality environment with structure, speed, and clear expectations.
The food side needs someone who can match that pace with strong prep, clean systems, calm leadership, and consistent results across breakfast and lunch.
This is a genuine 5-day position with no nights and no weekend work. It suits someone who wants stable hospitality hours, real ownership, and the chance to lead without giving up every Saturday and Sunday.
The role
Lead breakfast and lunch service
Run daily prep, timing, cleanliness, and organisation
Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
Support stock control, ordering input, and kitchen systems
Work closely with front of house during busy service
Take ownership of the food operation
We are looking for someone who is
Experienced in breakfast, lunch, or high-volume daytime service
Confident in leading a busy kitchen
Fast, clean, and organised
Reliable and professional
Calm under pressure
Strong on timing and consistency
Comfortable taking responsibility
Able to lead by example without ego or drama
