A heartfelt farewell to someone who helped shape Penny Blue from the very beginning. 🥂

Claudio joined us before our doors even opened, one of the first faces of our Food & Beverage team and a constant presence ever since. As our Food & Beverage Service Expert, he brought something that can't be taught: a genuine warmth that made every guest feel truly at home. Calm, attentive, and always serving from the heart, Claudio's care left a lasting impression on everyone who had the pleasure of being looked after by him.

Claudio, we wish you every success in the next chapter. You will be deeply missed. ❤️
