400 CLASSES AT EXTEND!
We’re a little bit late to the party, but we couldn’t let this incredible milestone go by without celebrating it!

Mish’s recently reached 400 Reformer Pilates classes at Extend, becoming our very first member to reach this milestone after only 2 years since opening our doors 🥹
As a retired international martial arts athlete, consistency, discipline and dedication are nothing new to Mish - and we’ve loved seeing that continue in her Pilates journey.

But what makes this milestone so special to us isn’t just the number of classes. It’s the person behind them. Mish is such an integral part of our Extend community & whether you know Mish from the classes, Run Club or from hanging out for a coffee after class - we all love Mish for her consistency, dedication, warmth & helping Extend to feel like home.

We’re so grateful to have you as part of our Extend family and to have shared 400 classes (and many laughs) along the way 🫶

Our 6 week challenge is coming up at the end of August, registrations are open NOW! Lock in and commit to your goals this spring with our Reformer Pilates Challenge, designed to build consistency, full-body strength, mobility and momentum.
The challenge includes 25 Reformer Pilates classes to be used over 6 weeks from the 31st of August.
We’ll also be running SUNDAY classes throughout the challenge to give you extra opportunities to get your classes in. 🤩

You’ll receive a challenge booklet to track your progress, plus a mystery envelope prize halfway through the challenge.
Complete all 25 classes and you’ll go in the draw to WIN one of three prizes. 🎉

You’ll also receive:
✨a FREE ticket to a Nutrition Workshop presented by LANI | PT + Online Coach @ Snap Modbury on Saturday 12th of September with practical guidance to support your training and results
✨ a 45-minute mat pilates class in the park on Saturday the 17th of October to celebrate the end of the challenge 🥳

July Member of the Month: Rebecca 💐

This month we’re celebrating someone who truly embodies what our community is all about 🤍

When she first walked through our doors over 18 months ago, it was her very first Pilates class. Since then, she’s shown up week after week, building strength, confidence and consistency every step of the way.

She’s also been part of our Run Club since day one, and is always there with a smile, encouraging others and embracing every challenge.

Now, she’s taking on her biggest goal yet as she trains for her marathon, proving that incredible things happen when you keep showing up.

We’re so proud to have you as part of the Extend community. Thank you for inspiring us all with your dedication, kindness and commitment. We can’t wait to cheer you across that marathon finish line 🤍🤍
