Veneziano is hiring! We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team with immediate start ☕️
What We’re Looking For:
▪️ Proven experience in a fast-paced coffee environment
▪️ Solid knowledge of grinders, espresso extraction and milk texturing
▪️ Confident in creating latte art - tulips, rosettas, swans? Show us what you’ve got!
▪️ Ability to calibrate espresso and troubleshoot equipment as needed
▪️ Strong work ethic, attention to detail and a great attitude with customers
▪️ Team player with own initiative
Please note, while coffee skills are essential, this is an all-rounder role. You’ll also be:
▫️ Serving customers with a smile and providing great service
▫️ Using the POS system efficiently and accurately
▫️ Assisting with food prep and plating
▫️ Restocking, maintaining a clean and tidy space and jumping in wherever needed
Shifts operate on a 6-day rotating roster with hours averaging around 12-15 hours per week (potential for more with covering annual leave etc).
No evenings, no Sundays! 🥳
We’re happy to offer flexible rostering and shift patterns to accommodate other commitments like study or a second job.
